The C.D.T Resistentia T3 has a triathlon initiation group designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps in this sport in a safe, guided, and motivating manner. This group is led by a specialized coach who adapts each session to the needs and levels of the participants, ensuring adequate progression in swimming, cycling, and running. The main objective is to introduce the three triathlon disciplines in a gradual and balanced way, respecting individual rhythms and encouraging technical and physical improvement from the ground up.

As a complement to training, the initiation group also participates in educational talks on key aspects of triathlon, such as equipment selection and maintenance, proper cycling, basic sports nutrition, and how to approach their first competitions. These information sessions, led by club professionals and guest specialists, help resolve frequently asked questions, gain confidence, and develop a solid knowledge base that facilitates gradual integration into the world of triathlon. In addition, topics such as effort management, personal planning, and the importance of rest are covered, thus completing a comprehensive training program for novice triathletes.
